What is your coaching experience?
Entering 6th year of coaching. Spent time with Vancouver Thunderbirds and Seafair Minor Hockey - most recently as the Head Coach of the Vancouver Thunderbirds Peewee A1 Team. Has coached ages ranging from Novice-Midget at the minor hockey level.
What is your hockey background?
Owner and Director of Hockey Operations of MC High Performance Training - working with players ranging from Novice-Junior, many of whom have moved on to playing in the BCMML, CSSHL, PJHL, VIJHL, & BCHL.
How long have you been involved with Richmond Hockey (RMHA, Seafair) minor hockey?
One year with Seafair coaching Bantam A2 during 2014/2015 season.
How do people describe you?
Coach Milton is a passionate and knowledgeable coach who strives his team through high-pace practices that will help his players develop a strong skill set at the appropriate level. He is known for being a great communicator and always keys in on building personal relationships with all of his players on and off the ice.
What are you most passionate about in hockey?
I am most passionate about the opportunity to teach and educate such amazing kids about the great game of hockey while providing them with a fun and safe environment to look forward to every day.
What brings you to the rink day in and day out?
The love for hockey and the love for working alongside great kids.
